COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Temposonic 311000000-RBU0030 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tokyo-Seimitsu product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the BI50UQ80RP6X2H1143 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BI10UMT30HAP6X2H1141S1589 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 601401 by Manufacturer Tokyo-Seimitsu as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Transducer-Techniques Brand TD592M255 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Turck such as PC040Gi14A1M2APN8XH1141 equipment made by Turck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Turck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Turck" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3105ROU0240 made by Temposonic as well as the popular LDTSRPT05U00202VOL original spares produced by Temposonic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BI20UC440AP6X2H1141S1590WBS20 by Turck and PC040Gi14A1M2APN8XH1141 spares by Turck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UVS4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tri. |
