COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique XXA18S1AM12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thermo-Fisher-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Test-Products parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Texas-Instruments product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thermo-Fisher-Scientific such as the COMA000541 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 205500103 manufactured by Test-Products and we are pleased to be able to service most Test-Products systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TM990 by Manufacturer Texas-Instruments as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thk Brand GLM2578L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thk such as HSR35760LGK equipment made by Thk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H15CR made by Thk as well as the popular BTK2806AAX3B7 original spares produced by Thk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RSR12WZMUU390LM by Thk and HSR35760LGK spares by Thk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RHT0065 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Temposonics. |
