COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique XUB-A045214KS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Texas-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the BI2CRS603ADZ30X2B3131S34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TD104D manufactured by Texas-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Texas-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FCSN12A2AP8XH1141D031 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand Ni35CP40FDZ30X2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Triad such as TR242FAUSET equipment made by Triad have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Triad products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Triad" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TRI made by Tri as well as the popular 14674 original spares produced by Tritronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FSC4024 by Tokyo-Sensor and TR242FAUSET spares by Triad are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XUSLBR5A1800R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
