COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique XU2 S18PP340D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trans-Matic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the XURC4PPML2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P027MIW4792C manufactured by Trans-Matic and we are pleased to be able to service most Trans-Matic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BI1EG05AP6X by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand CDNIOM880036 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Turck such as FCIN34D20A4PARXH1140 equipment made by Turck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Turck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Turck" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LT6EQ21LU0X3H1141 made by Turck as well as the popular NI10G18SKAZ3X original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BI5UMT18AP6X2H1141S395S1589 by Turck and FCIN34D20A4PARXH1140 spares by Turck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
