COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique XPS-AR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ransburg-Gema parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jagenberg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the 1878505 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2507757 manufactured by Ransburg-Gema and we are pleased to be able to service most Ransburg-Gema systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 62480 by Manufacturer Jagenberg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parametrics Brand 100162 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warrick such as 26MB1A0F equipment made by Warrick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warrick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warrick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C011L1111N made by Westinghouse as well as the popular 1342D90A01 original spares produced by Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A21 by West and 26MB1A0F spares by Warrick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 28101H4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warrick. |
