COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique XCK-J5984B2-647 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Transdata products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Temposonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Transdata such as the 10CP552 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BIMINTAP6XV1131 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GHS0600MR052DE2 by Manufacturer Temposonic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemecanique Brand XS1M18AB120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Testar-Marposs such as 3441562000 equipment made by Testar-Marposs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Testar-Marposs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Testar-Marposs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Ni4G12SKAZ31X made by Turck as well as the popular 18007478 original spares produced by Therma-wave Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BI5S18AN7X by Turck and 3441562000 spares by Testar-Marposs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B407 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tucker. |
