COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique XBTVE1420 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pro-log products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mazak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marsh-Video-Jet product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pro-log such as the 105390D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 14746205401 manufactured by Mazak and we are pleased to be able to service most Mazak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 16784Kid5 by Manufacturer Marsh-Video-Jet as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Xycom Brand 14HC4AAZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Total-Control such as 0P2200B16K equipment made by Total-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Total-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Total-Control" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1745TCATC made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 02750DE3000209215 original spares produced by Beijer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 920059705 by Modicon and 0P2200B16K spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1492IFM20FF24A2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
