COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique XBTG2120 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Accu-coder products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner-Engineering parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fisher product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Accu-coder such as the 725N4S2048QHV1FNSXNNSPEC604 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EA5E600Q manufactured by Banner-Engineering and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner-Engineering systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3224102SB by Manufacturer Fisher as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Appleton Brand LPB70LMT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micromotion such as CMF300M355N3BMEZZZ equipment made by Micromotion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromotion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromotion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SLPE251110P8 made by Banner as well as the popular 1336SBRF05AAEN4HA2L5E original spares produced by Allen-bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 845HSJDZ26DRYR1 by Allen-bradley and CMF300M355N3BMEZZZ spares by Micromotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MGE6016A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner. |
