COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique X57-C40FP260 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tri products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toyoda parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Telemecanique product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tri such as the DCS88MDL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3S011006 manufactured by Toyoda and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyoda systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XCMD2102L1 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand NI2Q65AP601FS44X3S304 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Temposonic such as RHT0065URG01V01 equipment made by Temposonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Temposonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Temposonic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BI2CRS1159AN4X2H1141S34 made by Turck as well as the popular Ni40CP80FZ3X2S10 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Bi2PRS260ADZ30X2B1631S34 by Turck and RHT0065URG01V01 spares by Temposonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6RKF30CS12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
