COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique TSX-P57-3623AM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ab-Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asea product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ab-Allen-Bradley such as the 95722701 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Z4MT30V2 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature YT204001AA by Manufacturer Asea as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand VT130G3U4400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Augat such as X8170MB475081 equipment made by Augat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Augat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Augat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1746OV16 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular XV44010TVB1131 original spares produced by Klockner-Moeller Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSXP57453M by Schneider and X8170MB475081 spares by Augat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original YSTR14A11A4A0PFNA00809XSBTCTGSMB67P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
