COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique TSXASG2000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electro-Cam products, including obsoleted and phased-out Volgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yogogawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-Cam such as the PS5112110M09 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EXU246R3 manufactured by Volgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Volgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UP35000 by Manufacturer Yogogawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A16B1810004002A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Watlow such as 93AB1DD100RG equipment made by Watlow have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Watlow products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Watlow" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 57C441 made by Reliance-Electric as well as the popular 1395A74C4P51 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B400121 by Ue and 93AB1DD100RG spares by Watlow are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1394CAM50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
