COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique LU2B12FU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Computer-Dynamics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Artesyn-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baumuller product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Computer-Dynamics such as the MT201833 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NFS1107612 manufactured by Artesyn-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Artesyn-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NURNBERGPOWERUNIT by Manufacturer Baumuller as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand NCL361200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Power such as MMV2546H equipment made by Power have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Power products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Power" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NGC2VW0HAA made by Ericsson as well as the popular NICC original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OregonMicroPCX6Das4R by Picmg and MMV2546H spares by Power are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDD115AN030N2M130GA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
