COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique LP4K0610BW3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Amf-Potter--Brumfield product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the X1D6G6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OT25F6 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P40C47A12D1 by Manufacturer Amf-Potter--Brumfield as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fotek-Taiwan Brand ESR40DAHESR40DAH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cal-Controls such as 320000 equipment made by Cal-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cal-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cal-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available pn227911532 made by Ward-Leonard as well as the popular MRC3212POLE120V original spares produced by Cerus-Franklin Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XTCE009B10 by Eaton and 320000 spares by Cal-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N19781 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
