COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique LP1K09-008BD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the SCN4SC80BAA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC7N100127V manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 44A736236001R01 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand ZL185 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton such as XTOE020BCSXTCEXFAC20D1LM10 equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SCR1B made by Fmc as well as the popular TC1D3811B6 original spares produced by Shamrock Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RCN31 by Siemens and XTOE020BCSXTCEXFAC20D1LM10 spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 587R031161010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
