COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique LP1D6511BW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Es-Portland products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Totaline product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Es-Portland such as the 100JB0N1A4K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PNOXX8P manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P2820311 by Manufacturer Totaline as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand RL4RD022T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnecraft such as WM35AAA120A3POLE equipment made by Magnecraft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnecraft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnecraft" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 587C041261004 made by Abb as well as the popular TC1D3211W6 original spares produced by Shamrock Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SK35UL by Mitsubishi and WM35AAA120A3POLE spares by Magnecraft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
