COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique LC1D25LE7 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gigavac product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the RS232C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ZA30081 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MXContactors1248V by Manufacturer Gigavac as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemecanique Brand LN1DN11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by True-Blue-Plastomatic such as PP34 equipment made by True-Blue-Plastomatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire True-Blue-Plastomatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "True-Blue-Plastomatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3TK28271BB403TK28271BB40 made by Siemens as well as the popular SB2016 original spares produced by Sankyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC612CB1200C963 by Siemens and PP34 spares by True-Blue-Plastomatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 12IAC51A801A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
