COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique ATV58HU41N4ZU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wittenstein parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tsudakoma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the MA72004015 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LPK090M025111000 manufactured by Wittenstein and we are pleased to be able to service most Wittenstein systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R75134B by Manufacturer Tsudakoma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Volkman Brand 94020L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as CACRPR10BB3AF equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A203W1AZA made by Westinghouse as well as the popular 8720154701E original spares produced by Uin Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JPACC061 by Yaskawa and CACRPR10BB3AF spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TP23232 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toyoda. |
