COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique ATV58HU09M2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Volcano-Corp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toyoda product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Volcano-Corp such as the VHPLUS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C250ESize5 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC256A014090MC256CMC256S020 by Manufacturer Toyoda as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand CACRSR03SZ1SSY84 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as CACRSR44BC1CSY349 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VLPD5010A made by Toei as well as the popular VLPST012P2VXB070007 original spares produced by Velconic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT130H9U410K by Toshiba and CACRSR44BC1CSY349 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CACRSR30SF1ASBY124 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
