COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique ATV452U40S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Worldwide product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the 46455 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 130G1 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WWEVFD620460 by Manufacturer Worldwide as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ushio Brand PB1121BU00D010405 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Volkman such as VED20020CA8 equipment made by Volkman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Volkman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Volkman" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CFW700E180T4NBN1C3 made by Weg as well as the popular YASCAWAXD20 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT130H2U4110 by Toshiba and VED20020CA8 spares by Volkman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CACRHR10BABY73 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
