COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique ATS4875Y parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thermal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Telemecanique product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thermal such as the 19X1078 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HSR30LR1QZZZ280LII manufactured by Thk and we are pleased to be able to service most Thk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XUVF120M12 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thk Brand 2HRA35120UU664L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thk such as HSR15184L equipment made by Thk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4600255 made by Thermo-Scientific as well as the popular BTK2005V26ZZ210LTH1KG original spares produced by Thk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HSR25LA3ZZ5240LTII by Thk and HSR15184L spares by Thk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XUE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
