COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telefrank 013501-178-27 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thermo-Measure-Tech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toyoda parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thermo-Measure-Tech such as the FF0G8T0480N00S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3W009008 manufactured by Toyoda and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyoda systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NI8GT18ADZ30X2B1331S34 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand Bi5UG18ADZ30X2B1331 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Telemecanique such as XU2P18KP340DLT equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PO54008900111 made by Transducer as well as the popular TR484C10 original spares produced by Triad Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BI15EM30HAP6XH1141 by Turck and XU2P18KP340DLT spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MG36OF20E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Triad. |
