COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telefrank 013501-178-27 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tokyo-E-dt-144e-n7-Linear-Probe-Head products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tem-Controlli parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tokyo-E-dt-144e-n7-Linear-Probe-Head such as the 3990 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PY3C50 manufactured by Tem-Controlli and we are pleased to be able to service most Tem-Controlli systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Ni35CP40FZ3X2S97 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telefrank Brand 01350118627 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Turck such as BC20K40SRUP6X equipment made by Turck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Turck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Turck" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XSAA10515WA made by Telemecanique as well as the popular BI2CR260AP4X2H1141S34 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MG200F05 by Triad and BC20K40SRUP6X spares by Turck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CS862003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tokyo-Electronic-Industry-Teli. |
