COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Teledyne HPM-2002-OBE-LM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Temposonics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tex-Computer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Temposonics such as the RBU720 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TEB0095 manufactured by Tex-Computer and we are pleased to be able to service most Tex-Computer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HSR20A by Manufacturer Thk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thk Brand IACS60SN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thk such as BNFN3208AE3RRG077LC3 equipment made by Thk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TSXRPM3216 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular 750W original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 06010115 by Teletek and BNFN3208AE3RRG077LC3 spares by Thk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CSR20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thk. |
