COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telco SMPF 8000 PG 2.5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Transducer-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Telemecanique product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Transducer-Techniques such as the SWO50K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Bi10G30ADZ302XB1131S1008 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XMLF250E2046 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tem-Controlli Brand TP8612CH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thornton such as 250211 equipment made by Thornton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thornton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thornton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SEIWF1 made by Tritronics as well as the popular dpm3 original spares produced by Transducer-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CG25CEBN by Thomson-Accuglide and 250211 spares by Thornton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XCKJ5984B0H4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
