COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Teknor Applicom PCI946/BLB-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gurley-Precision-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the S33GNNARNNM00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R137S01000Q5L01EN18SP04EN manufactured by Gurley-Precision-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Gurley-Precision-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RECOG0601FW by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand R91126354399W32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Semikron such as SKD6014 equipment made by Semikron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Semikron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Semikron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SKCH2814 made by Semikron as well as the popular R82SSNANPRMNV02 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RTC200 by Nachi and SKD6014 spares by Semikron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Q173CPUN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
