COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tekel TKE45.H.360.G/0.11/30.K4.10.PL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tritronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tritronics such as the CMSC2B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC025GI44A1ML18XH1141 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Bi2CRS317AP4X2H1141S34 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand BRINRAR7X05MRS4T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by The-Oilgear-Company such as L251287873 equipment made by The-Oilgear-Company have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire The-Oilgear-Company products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "The-Oilgear-Company" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 250531 made by Thornton as well as the popular LDA1ES010050M1B0 original spares produced by Temposonic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SMR7620TSJ by Telco and L251287873 spares by The-Oilgear-Company are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PiCPT4133 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thermo-Electron. |
