COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tekel TKE45.H.360.G/0.11/30.K4.10.PL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the BC5S18AN4X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BC20CP40VP4X2H1141 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BI5GT18ADZ30X2B1331S34S1589 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand BI2CRS730ADZ30X2B1131S34 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Transducer-Techniques such as TD592M255 equipment made by Transducer-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Transducer-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Transducer-Techniques" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GS010 made by Transducer-Techniques as well as the popular 128108 original spares produced by Transducer-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BI20G47AZ3XB2131 by Turck and TD592M255 spares by Transducer-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3105ROU0240 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Temposonic. |
