COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tek-drive TDS-V8-L2P2F-M TDSV8L2P2FM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Volkman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weg such as the CFW700B17P0T4DBN1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VED20021DA2 manufactured by Volkman and we are pleased to be able to service most Volkman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CFW700C45P0T4DBN1 by Manufacturer Weg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has U.s. Brand 672063A04A037R017F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toyoda such as GC400A equipment made by Toyoda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyoda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyoda" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CACRSR20BZ1SFY259 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular ATV66D33N4 original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ServopackSGDE04VPSGDE04VP by Yaskawa and GC400A spares by Toyoda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMRAU4A0011FAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
