COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Teco TSTA-50D and TSB13152B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yakasawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Telemecanique product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the CIMRAU4A0011FAA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 15356994511 manufactured by Yakasawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yakasawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ATV66D12M2 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner/seco Brand M4205100200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as VT130E3U4220A equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VT130G7U4160B made by Toshiba as well as the popular ATV58HD33N4 original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the X4C2S100C by Vacon and VT130E3U4220A spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT130H7U4270 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
