COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Teco FM0500-5-0300-3400 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thermwood products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thermal-Arc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thermwood such as the Cartesian spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2100WF manufactured by Thermal-Arc and we are pleased to be able to service most Thermal-Arc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HRW7CA2SSC0340L by Manufacturer Thk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemecanique Brand XY2CH1370 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thayer-Scale such as MXL20 equipment made by Thayer-Scale have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thayer-Scale products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thayer-Scale" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2HHRHF48CC made by The-Sheffer-Corp as well as the popular 5TI3101 original spares produced by Texas-Instruments Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GB772102 by Tektronix and MXL20 spares by Thayer-Scale are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
