COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Teco F510-2060-C3-U parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Whedco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Whedco such as the SMD30411A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ModelWFC40250C manufactured by Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT130G14110BOHVT130G14110BOH by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Troy Brand TR5142 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wittenstein such as LPK090M0325111 equipment made by Wittenstein have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wittenstein products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wittenstein" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TDSV8L2P2FTDSV8L2P2F made by Tek-drive as well as the popular TLC4342F312231 original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VACON01003L00124HVAC by Vacon and LPK090M0325111 spares by Wittenstein are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P33106 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Xinhua. |
