COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tecno Elettronica SCR16PRT3AB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tecnos products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thermo-Fisher-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tecnotion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tecnos such as the SMF10050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80IADFNCB manufactured by Thermo-Fisher-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Thermo-Fisher-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1094104 by Manufacturer Tecnotion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Temposonics Brand GHM0180MRB12R01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thk such as HSR12R21UUM equipment made by Thk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10236 made by Thk as well as the popular SITC89 original spares produced by Tecnos Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HRW35CA2UU760L by Thk and HSR12R21UUM spares by Thk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2610N969728 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tescom. |
