COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Technotrans 420.29.4500 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electromagnetic-Ind-Llp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance-Electric such as the 57C328 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 550433 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 468480 by Manufacturer Electromagnetic-Ind-Llp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 44A399742G01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as 5SGA15F2502 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6080930802 made by Fem1 as well as the popular 509991384R04 original spares produced by Kawasaki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4900216 by Minster and 5SGA15F2502 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 57520001EV9 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asea. |
