COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Technogear P105T10015STB1S1XXS00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the MTC328B1R1C1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MR94669L1 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRJ2S70B by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magnetek Brand N142 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bodine such as NSI54RL equipment made by Bodine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bodine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bodine" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPM8912077 made by Intek as well as the popular NA20130FX11 original spares produced by Nikki-Denso Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPLB210VVJ42AA by Allen-Bradley and NSI54RL spares by Bodine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPM1422BSG7G1N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
