COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Techno Aoyama CYL-A-M6-250 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tecniplast products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thermo-Electron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tecniplast such as the T16L0947 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G4SB500N manufactured by Thermo-Electron and we are pleased to be able to service most Thermo-Electron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HCR45 by Manufacturer Thk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tenta Brand 3100000940 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by The-Sheffer such as 3C20C3K equipment made by The-Sheffer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire The-Sheffer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "The-Sheffer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 90070310 made by Teubner as well as the popular TE701 original spares produced by Teknor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TELESI72005 by Telesis and 3C20C3K spares by The-Sheffer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BD101B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thermwood. |
