COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Technical Film Systems 155-0901-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tel-Tokyo-Electron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 The-Sheffer-Corp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tel-Tokyo-Electron such as the MD7222633 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATS46C11N manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2MHRHF42CCK by Manufacturer The-Sheffer-Corp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tekel Brand TK121F10005S8CLALDDP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thermoking such as 104786 equipment made by Thermoking have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thermoking products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thermoking" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BLK362056ZZGT70LC5 made by Thk as well as the popular SL2300 original spares produced by The-Bg-Service-Co Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HR4085UU by Thk and 104786 spares by Thermoking are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10513A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thielenhaus. |
