COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tech-motive Tools 48257P-35019 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Timken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Textron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tpt-Textron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Timken such as the HM516448 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H0203 manufactured by Textron and we are pleased to be able to service most Textron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HU30A068C1 by Manufacturer Tpt-Textron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Motor Brand E267U1074807 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Torrington such as 22236KCJW33 equipment made by Torrington have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Torrington products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Torrington" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2280200 made by Tolomatic as well as the popular ARA510SF original spares produced by Tsubaki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 423142797853 by Thompson and 22236KCJW33 spares by Torrington are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CBN2501SB3315U280NM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Us-Motor. |
