COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tech Motive CS746A01K216051 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Temposonics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thk such as the FBW3590 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GHS0210UF302FI2 manufactured by Temposonics and we are pleased to be able to service most Temposonics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GA0B140 by Manufacturer Thk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thalheim Brand KTD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Terra-Technology such as 8035156301 equipment made by Terra-Technology have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Terra-Technology products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Terra-Technology" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DCTM23681 made by Temposonics as well as the popular LD1LC030H51 original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 312000000RCU0540 by Temposonics and 8035156301 spares by Terra-Technology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BTK201026ZZ4585L7T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thk. |
