COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tech Motive 484000-02002 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Techmotive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thermo-Electron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thk such as the HCR15A1UU60 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 49410001C5LD manufactured by Techmotive and we are pleased to be able to service most Techmotive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G4SB500N by Manufacturer Thermo-Electron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thk Brand 2HRA35120UU664L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Telemecanique such as TLC6322F212111 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TM990 made by Texas-Instruments as well as the popular BLK252572ZZ original spares produced by Thk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HRW7CA1SSGK by Thk and TLC6322F212111 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G9F262800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tektronix. |
