COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Te Connectivity AIP-HU-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Te-Connectivity products, including obsoleted and phased-out Texas-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Teca product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Te-Connectivity such as the GHSER7501000A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5TI3101 manufactured by Texas-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Texas-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AHP1200X by Manufacturer Teca as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Teledyne Brand 1461000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thk such as HCR15A1UU60 equipment made by Thk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3C20F3K made by The-Sheffer as well as the popular BTK280626ZZ original spares produced by Thk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HSR12R2UUM150LM by Thk and HCR15A1UU60 spares by Thk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TTSRBU019GSE004 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Temposonics. |
