COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tcp HMI10100A2P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gould products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl--Fuchs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gould such as the MAP964000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K34STR2430V3X500VAC10A manufactured by Pepperl--Fuchs and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl--Fuchs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KBD1002 by Manufacturer Nematron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nematron Brand ICC5000TPC1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sharp such as LJ320U21 equipment made by Sharp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sharp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sharp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HMK229303 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular HT445 original spares produced by Hi-Tech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC5002TAN0000EDIC5002TAN by Ge and LJ320U21 spares by Sharp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MON4604006 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nematron.
