COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tsubaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 U.-S.-Motors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsubaki such as the 40ask11lrb spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ED4M11RY manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F718W10W259R154F by Manufacturer U.-S.-Motors as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Timken Brand 42350 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unidynamics such as 13MDT equipment made by Unidynamics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unidynamics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unidynamics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1104C made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular 431818 original spares produced by Textron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HSR55R1SS by Thk and 13MDT spares by Unidynamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PL042X075ADN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsubaki.
