COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tb Woods W90-8M-35-SF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thomas-Rexnord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Torq-Gard product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thomas-Rexnord such as the 714412698210037208 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2080AS manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TG200 by Manufacturer Torq-Gard as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tolomatic Brand 2920200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by United-Technologies such as 496826 equipment made by United-Technologies have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire United-Technologies products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "United-Technologies" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 48257P35019 made by Tech-motive-Tools as well as the popular MHU30B109W2 original spares produced by Textron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 27SF44 by Timken and 496826 spares by United-Technologies are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MH015A907 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Textron. |
