COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thompson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thompson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tsubaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thompson such as the DTRS900030RM09040 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 64118541C958 manufactured by Thompson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thompson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 50NP by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tolomatic Brand 10149005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tsubaki such as SM70GCNDV150LRF equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 48220 made by Timken as well as the popular 1602 original spares produced by Tsubaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3471242659970 by Thomas-Micron and SM70GCNDV150LRF spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NA482 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Timken.
