COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Taylor Wharton R033-8C00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thermo-Electron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Termiflex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Texas-Instruments product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thermo-Electron such as the 7364 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 227712 manufactured by Termiflex and we are pleased to be able to service most Termiflex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5005062 by Manufacturer Texas-Instruments as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemecanique Brand P011010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tecnos such as SITC89 equipment made by Tecnos have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tecnos products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tecnos" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P3414M40SK made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular XXS18B1PM12 original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 471787 by Thermotron and SITC89 spares by Tecnos are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 15340 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thermotek. |
