COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tapeswitch TS-47 - 2FT 8IN - parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Teledyne products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Teledyne such as the TES2748TT350 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BI5UM18ADZ30X2 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BI20UCA40AP6X2H1141S1591WBS20 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Troxler Brand SENTRY200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tedea such as 8922631 equipment made by Tedea have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tedea products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tedea" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 11015990109 made by Temposonic as well as the popular RHT0163UD701S2G1100 original spares produced by Temposonic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BI5P18RZ3XB2331S100 by Turck and 8922631 spares by Tedea are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XURH20753 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
