COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tamagawa TSM227N8291E224 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Texas-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tci parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thermo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Texas-Instruments such as the 5TI3101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KDRH2H manufactured by Tci and we are pleased to be able to service most Tci systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 23648785 by Manufacturer Thermo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thk Brand 03771A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Telemecanique such as XXS18B1AM12 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BJ102C3 made by Templaco as well as the popular 340mm original spares produced by Thk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ORX1CBXPD00L2 by Teledyne-Dalsa and XXS18B1AM12 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 34XT11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Taylor-Wharton. |
