COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tamagawa TS2151N1E45 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Temposonic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Temposonic such as the GPM2135MR052V2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XUKT1KSML2 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BC5M18AN4X02MRS4T by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand BC3M12AN6X02MRS4T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toyoda such as 3W009008 equipment made by Toyoda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyoda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyoda" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P21DB292 made by Trans-metrics as well as the popular BI5M18AP6XH1141 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XMLF010D2025027980 by Telemecanique and 3W009008 spares by Toyoda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RM35BA10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
