COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tamagawa OAS66-12C/TEP-24V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vickers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the NB1141FRMG373 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MTB506A2F9A3070 manufactured by Vickers and we are pleased to be able to service most Vickers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPLA310PHJ24AA by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand MPJ0922C1ENPSN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as MTB702A2F1A1 equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPLB320PMK72AA made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular N42142H04AAPN193904 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPP0922D3EKPSN by Parker and MTB702A2F1A1 spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPLB520KSJ72AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
