COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tamagawa 2000 LINE 8 POLE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Transducer-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Temposonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Triad product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Transducer-Techniques such as the ESP35 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TTSRBU125 manufactured by Temposonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Temposonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MG12OF05MG120F05 by Manufacturer Triad as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand Bi6RW30DAP6XH1141 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tenor such as BL5MMFR equipment made by Tenor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tenor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tenor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GHM0050MD602A0 made by Temposonic as well as the popular BC5M18AP4X02MRS4T original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TKC50F1024G82410 by Tekel and BL5MMFR spares by Tenor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LT100HLTB3815 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telco. |
